Spread the cost of your treatment with our finance partner, PLIM
We can offer patients buy-now-pay-later repayment plans with PLIM, an FCA-regulated specialist Aesthetics finance provider. 0% finance terms are available depending on deposit paid and duration of repayments.
Patients can sign-up at the PLIM site to establish their eligibility for pre-approved credit terms for an Elscott Medical treatment. This process takes no more than 5 minutes.
The PLIM site features a handy finance calculator that lets patients determine typical monthly repayments for a specific treatment. You can vary the deposit and loan term to show different monthly repayments.

Example repayment plans
Here are some illustrations of PLIM repayment plans for Hair Transplant treatments:
FUE Hair Transplant where cost of procedure is £7,750
- Patient pays a 25% deposit upfront (£1,937)
- Remaining 75% repaid across x8 equal monthly installments of £726 pcm
Beard Transplant where cost of procedure is £3,500
- Patient pays a 50% deposit upfront
- Remaining 50% in the following month
Repair and Correction Hair Surgery costing £6,000
- Patient pays a 25% deposit upfront
- Remaining 75% repaid across x6 monthly instalments of £750 pcm
Your Eligibility
- You must be a UK citizen and have a minimum one-year address history to be eligible to apply for PLIM finance terms.
- A deposit will be taken upfront and then monthly payments are spread across 3-12 months depending on your plan.
- Applications can be made for all Elscott Medical treatments over the value of £500.
Applying for Credit Terms
- Once we’ve agreed a treatment plan and its cost, we start your formal application via the PLIM portal. Our application requires:
- Patient first and last name
- Patient contact number
- Patient email address
- Treatment type/types
- Treatment cost
- PLIM then email you with an invitation to complete your application. We’ll be kept notified by PLIM of your application status DRC. This process is fast and efficient
- You verify your log in (on the PLIM site) and enter required personal details.
- You’ll receive an email within 5 minutes of applying notifying you of the outcome of your loan application; patients have 21 days in which to accept the terms of the plan.
- Upon accepting the PLIM repayment agreement, patients pay the deposit and can then start treatment immediately.
